Getting requests why the email sent from a shared mailbox is being stored in their own sent items? This is how you address that concern.
In Office 365 tenancy, go to Admin Center > Groups > Shared Mailboxes > Click on a Shared Mailbox you want to manage the sent items > Go to Sent Items section and click on Edit.
